• Most other timber/ column options are treated to .15 retention, far less than the .23 retention recommended by the ESR-2240 for UC4B use category.
  

Kiln Dried After Treatment, (KDAT), for lighter weight and maximum  stability.

• Prime, paint, or stain immediately. (No  waiting).

Exterior structural adhesive system for enhanced  strength and durability.

Hollow center provides a channel for hidden structural connections and wiring.

Limited lifetime  warranty  for damage resulting from termites or fungal decay.

Strength test results of Prime Columns shows the structural capacities up to 10.5 times greater than recommended design loads for available hardware.

• Considerably greater  load  capacity  as compared to solid sawn timbers.
  

Produced using a superior grade Southern Yellow Pine graded for strength,  density  and appearance.

• Produced from a renewable  and  sustainable  raw material. (Southern Yellow Pine).
  

End  sealed  with a hybrid wax emulsion product.
